board barn.  WTC3.  shed-scraper.  call it what you will, but our shed is finished!  zac built it in a few saturdays and it's awesome.  there is so much space for storage it's amazing, now i need to organize it and all our stuff!  and most importantly, there is ample space for all our boards.
heres some pics:

and our house got a makeover- new paint!  painting this sucker was a royal pain in the a.  i stressed for a long time over what color to paint it.  there is a house that i wanted to copy but just couldn't match the color, so i picked a different one.  then last minute i told the painter to go a shade lighter cause i thought the one i picked was too dark.  the next day i cam outside to find a pastel green house with yellow trim and doors.  i literally got sick to my stomach.  so we changed the doors and trim to white, hoping it would help.  but a few hours later i was still sick to my stomach and had a feeling luke was going to hate it, and i was not excited about the fact that my house looking like a melona bar.
don't get me wrong, i am one of the biggest fans of the melona bar, but as i imagined telling people "yeah, our house is the lime green melona bar one on the right" i knew that the paint had to be changed.  i had a mini-melt down and then had to tell the painters who had been working all day that they needed to stop.  so they did.  we all ate a melona bar and sat outside and just stared at the back of the house waiting for luke to get home and pick a new color for the house.  he got home, and within a few minutes he and the painters picked a new color scheme for the house.
and here it is....
it's "safe" & "boring"  but it's not a melona house.  and when we have to re-paint in a few years (thank you salt air that kills everything) i will revisit different colors.  maybe.

*and yes i did post this a few days ago.  but had to take it off until we were private.  your welcome luke :)

You're house is one of the cleanest, most organized houses in Hauula! I'm sure of it. It's perfect.

Your house is awesome! That shed looks normally impressive until you see how tiny Ivy is next to it. It's huge!!! Zac did awesome! Thanks so much for adding me to your blog list even though I missed the requesting post with the 95 others.
