or rather a park with water? today we meet up with some friends from church at this cool park in moreno valley that was half normal park and half water park. i think i want one of these in my back yard. i would add a lazy river to float around in as well. the girls were sort-of into it, so these pictures are from when they were actually playing, not sitting around staring at the other kids, eating otter pops and cheese its (you know how "playdates" go, it is ultimately about the snacks).
as much fun as this was, i really miss my aloha friday beach friends. the conversations were always more fun, fishy crackers always taste better with sand on them, and salt water is waaaay better than chlorine. so have a good aloha friday tomorrow for me, k?
also, i really don't know what happened to ivy's nose from the last post. it's so typical ivy. i think she fell on my grandma's kitchen floor, but who knows. she was fine, she always is. she thanks you for your concern.

That looks like so much fun and I know we've all said it before but you will continue to be dearly missed! You know, I won't be there tomorrow so I mean how cool could it really be?? Ha! Just kidding of course. But I wanna be there tomorrow too so I'm right there with ya pal.
um, i will be there tomorrow - and i will be missing steph and you. i'm thinking i might just go despite the rain. it's so muggy and humid.
and that water park looks sooo fun! ye-ah!
this is pretty close to my moms house. We are gonna start going every Friday. Looks like they had fun.
this is fabulous! It's been super cold and rainy here in NorCal.I'd be upset except that we're in a drought so I'm thankful, I guess.
Fun! I know there is one down here in Ladera, but I have never been. Maybe we can get Amy to sneak us in and we can let the kids run wild!
We need more of those types of parks around here for the summer. You talking about the lazy river makes me really want to make a trip back down there just to go to Wild Rivers
I want one of those parks too. It'd be a nice change from the pools...and as you know, summers out hear are dreadful without some water too cool you off. WE NEED ONE!
i love that the girls go for the snacks first...
