before i forget
this morning ivy slept bit longer that velzy- of course she did, she didn't wake up at 3 and 4 and 7 to come snuggle in bed with me. when ivy woke up velzy went in the room before me. when i came in they were hugging each other and giving fish-lip kisses. it was really cute. a good start an otherwise dreary rainy day.

I'm so glad you had a nice moment after a rough night. I swear kids have an internal noughty meter where if they do something really rotten they automatically do something else especially cute to make up for it.
I love your Valentines traditions and what I wouldn't give to walk around the tidepools too. Soon enough.
