velzy wants a kitty

but we are more into the catch and release type pets around these parts.  remember this guy?  i think we are foster parenting his offspring.  luckily, velzy is happy with them (although she wants to hold and pet them all too much) and they don't take up much space, shed, eat all our food, or have to be potty trained.  but i still want to bring the skinny little black kitty with green eyes home with us every morning on our walks after playing with him.  good thing our rental agreement says no pets.

excellent idea for a pet! i think we shall follow your lead as soon as ambrose is a little older- he would either eat it whole or smash it now. he's a beast.

but he loves kitties and i am always so tempted to get him one. i guess if i knew we would be here for like 20 years i would do it- cats are kind of a commitment. anyway, i like the idea of "catch and release type pets" - well put.

i think we see the same black kitty when we go out running in the morning too. kaiya put it in our stroller and i was so tempted to take it home. but our rental agreement says the same thing. plus they're like babies when they are that little, and if i wanted another baby i would have a human one. but he is so skinny, it's sad.

also i'm wowed by your skating skills. I can barely hold Kaiya and do it. maybe having two distributes the weight evenly and makes it easier! :)

Hey Ashley, it's Jana (Wiggins) Neser. My little brother got home from his mission yesterday and I figured out that he served with your brother who just got home too! It's a pretty small world! My bro said that he loves your brother and I think he's gonna try to come stay with me in Huntington next week and maybe hang out with him. I'm glad we have awesome little brothers :)

P.S. you kids are adorable and you are the cutest Mom I've ever seen!

I don't have a blog (I don't have any kids yet, so I feel like I would have nothing cool to post about!) but my email is jananeser@gmail.com so send me an email sometime!
