that's right folks, welcome to february- it's love month! and what better way to celebrate than to spend the next 14 days giving credit to some of the things i love most? it's only appropriate.

1/2 frozen bannana
5 frozen strawberries
1 yoplait peach yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (if your feeling buff)
and yes, it tastes better if you use 2 straws.

I was in Hawaii when the infomercial for this just started. One of the DJ's on the radio was talking about how his wife loved it and he thought that she was talking about a sex toy. It was so funny! I heard they are great and getting good food into your kid is always a bonus!
are they paying you for this not so subtle product placement? they should cuz i think i need to go get one now.
