dear blog,

i like you. i like you a lot. i got this crazy idea to join facebook and it has of come between us a bit. i am sorry about that. i really am, but "fb" can do some things you can't- like this afternoon when i put velzy and ivy down for naps it was sunny and nice outside and all i wanted to do was go surfing (as tempting as cleaning the ants out of the kitchen was). i got on "fb" and had a little chat with a friend. 5 minutes later he was at my house, "babysitting" my sleeping girls and i was running across the street, single fin in hand. you just can't do things like that my dear little blog. i am not holding it against you, i just want to explain why your not my first click when i sit down at the computer these days. i still like you though. a lot.
i hope you understand and we still have a lot of good types to come. promise.
love- ash

p.s. would you be mad if i changed your name? "pura vida" has been great, but i have not been to costa rica for almost 6 years, i don't really speak spanish, and i might be in the mood for a change. would you be mad at me?

I know the feeling...fb or blog, oh what to do. I do both and add a link on fb to my blog. then at least people know what I'm talking about half the time! can't wait to see the name change.

I got on FB to update family about Chloe, but can't leave "the blog" -- pictures and stories and updates, I love.

Keep posting, and change the name/design/colors, whatever you have to, but don't forget about it! :)

this is the EXACT reason I'm a little bitter with fb...it makes people neglect their blogs. :)

but it is so very convenient.

I seriously don't spend a lot of time on FB, I never really got into it much.

Anyways what did your blog say? Is she up for a change?

My personal opinion on the matter is that you should change it, only because I love to see what your create genius will come up with next. It's always super cute and inspiring!

yah for a surf session! So happy you got your wish!I'm all for FB when it leads me to people and things that I need in my life, or if someone needs me and finds me thru FB. Other than that, it is a time sucker time waster. I wish I had more superpowers to resist it. But....I don't have an ocean across the street! I have snow building up around my house!
