i have been exploring some new classes at the gym lately. today i went to a step class, which was funny- i struggled at the transitions and am sure i looked like a nerd but it was fun. then i went to a pilates class- it was my first one and it was awesome. i am so inflexible it is not funny but i felt like it was a great work out. just did some searching and there are some short workouts on youtube that i think would be great to do after the girls go to bed at night.
all of this has made me renew my goal of becoming an instructor for "aerobics" classes. i would love to teach kickboxing and a body pump, and if i get it figured out even pilates. just add that to "the life-long to do list."
anyone got any good workouts to pass along?
