i didn't really think all that ivy was that into the whole princess thing. i knew she loved the shoes but i really didn't think she wanted the dress and all cause she never tried to get into velzy's. so, last week my dad busts out four (yes four- snow white, belle, sleeping beauty and cinderella) new princess dresses, more princess shoes and some crowns (the man is an ebay deal finding machine). until then, ivy had not been able to dress up- no dress= no dress up. we put a little snow white dress on her and she was sooooo happy. it was really cute, she kept jumping on the bed saying "i''m a princess, i'm a princess!" it's a little big and needs to be taken in so that she doesn't trip and her boobies aren't showing, but she doesn't care, she's just happy to be part of the princess club.

kaiya is so into being a princess right now too. however she doesn't have dresses, just shoes.
maybe one of these days she'll get a dress too.
Oh, I love this. She is such a beautiful princess. This is one of those situations where I can totally imagine how you feel with not giving in for so long and then to see Ivy's glowing face and hear those excited words... happy mommy moment. The kids don't always like to play stuff we chose (power rangers- ugh) but when it makes them so happy it's worth it.
This reminds me of me and my girls! I finally gave in to having two princess...it is cute though:)
Awe, that is so cute. I should get Eden a princess dress...or something to dress up in. She is always trying to dress up in our clothes.
