Date: Daniel Sahagun- "the hawaiian"Dress and Jewelry: Periwinkle spaghetti strap thing- it was hot. things you can't see from the picture: (1) lauren did my make-up (like she did every dance) and my eye shadow matched perfectly and was all over and it was amazing. (2) the star necklace or the matching star clips in my hair. remember when those necklaces made with fishing string were so cool because it looked like the pendant was hanging there? it was one of those. (3) my nails were periwinkle daggers- i just found the nail polish here at my parents house last weekend and i think i need to wear it this week.
Other Magical Details: hanging out in front of the trainers room one day after school dan gave me a shell he had found. rolled up inside was a little paper that said "will you go to the prom with me? love- daniel" i still have the shell- in the drawer of course- and the paper was still rolled up inside it till last week when velzy and ivy got a hold of it. dang.
and sadly, i can't really remember much about this night either other than taking pictures and how wierd the place was that it was held, but i am sure it was fun. this dance, like the previous winter formal, i had "broken up" with my date right before- what was my deal? so i am sure it was full of awkward moments as well.
i can't find the pictures our "group" took before the dance in front of Dove Canyon at the waterfalls- they are really funny.

I remember this dance...Valerie and I both got food poisoning, along with half of the people there! Fun times though.
My BF wore a zoot suit to this one so at least he didn't look like a limo drive this time! I recall all the girls wearing identical dresses in varying shades, with SKATE SHOES! So tacky and so 1999!!
This was the same boyfriend who dumped me IN MY YEARBOOK and told me I ruine dhis senior prom because I didn't want to booze it up afterwards. Good grief.
